1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the services of Rema Financial Private Limited, CIN U64990KA2024PTC186059 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Investor", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein.

Electronic Consent: By clicking "I Agree" or similar acceptance mechanisms, you provide electronic consent which is legally binding under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to our website, mobile application, and associated services
"Financial Products" includes mutual funds, insurance, bonds, and other regulated financial instruments
"KYC" refers to Know Your Customer process as mandated by regulatory authorities
"Regulatory Authorities" includes AMFI, SEBI (for regulated products we distribute), Income Tax authorities, and other relevant Indian regulators as applicable

3. Services Offered

The Company is registered with relevant Indian regulatory authorities and provides the following services:

  • Mutual Fund Distribution — AMFI Registered, ARN-297316
  • Financial Planning and Goal-Based Investment Guidance
  • Investment Research and Market Analysis
  • Loan Facilitation (referral-based, not direct lending)
Rema Financial is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-297316). We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor, NBFC, or IRDAI-licensed entity. Financial guidance provided is educational and informational in nature.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Be a resident of India (unless specifically permitted for NRIs)
  • Have valid KYC documents as per regulatory requirements
  • Not be barred from trading in securities by any regulatory authority

5. Registration & KYC Process

5.1 Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Not create multiple accounts without written consent
5.2 KYC Requirements

As per regulatory mandates, you must complete KYC process which includes:

  • Submission of PAN card details
  • Aadhaar authentication or equivalent OVD
  • Bank account verification
  • Video KYC as required

7. Investor Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree to:

  • Understand all risks associated with financial products before investing
  • Read all scheme-related documents carefully
  • Monitor your investments regularly
  • Comply with all applicable laws including Income Tax Act, PMLA
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Report unauthorized transactions within 24 hours

8. Fees & Charges

Transparency: All fees, charges, and commissions are disclosed in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Types of Charges:

  • Transaction charges as permitted by regulators
  • Advisory fees (where applicable)
  • Platform usage fees (if any)
  • Statutory charges and taxes

9. Limitation of Liability

No Investment Guarantee: The Company does not guarantee any returns or performance of financial products.

Exclusions: The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Market fluctuations and investment losses
  • Acts of God, force majeure events
  • Third-party service failures
  • Unauthorized access due to user negligence
  • Regulatory changes affecting investments

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect:

  • Rights and obligations accrued prior to termination
  • Continuing regulatory compliance requirements
  • Dispute resolution mechanisms
  • Data retention obligations

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process:

  1. First attempt resolution through grievance redressal
  2. Mediation through recognized centers
  3. Arbitration as per Arbitration Act, 1996
  4. Legal proceedings in competent courts
